DEIMOS sliding operators use a weld-on receiver plate that bolts to the gate frame, and the critical measurement is the distance from the motor base to the first guide roller, typically 180 mm on standard installs but often custom on older Miami Beach properties.

• Gate motor runs but gate doesn’t budge. The weld between the motor arm and the gate bracket has cracked through. On BFT swing operators, this usually happens at the clevis pin hole where the arm meets the gate bracket, because that point sees the full torque of every open/close cycle.
